La asociación La Ferme des Rescapés, creada en 2009, se encuentra en el sur de Francia (departamento de Lot), en una granja orgánica. Administrado por dos mujeres, salva a cientos de animales de granja y compañeros maltratados, abandonados, destinados a la matanza o la eutanasia. Su finca de 29 hectáreas es un remanso de paz para los 600 supervivientes: gatos, perros, caballos, ponies, burros, gallinas, ovejas, cabras, Nac ... No hay reproducción.

As per Guinnes Book of World Rekords the Smeura is bearing the mournful title of being the biggest animal shelter of the world. Around 5400 dogs and 600 puppies need around 2.7 tonnes food per day. The staff members are doing an inconceivable job - organizationally, physically and emotionally. Driving around with a castration van and pushing the clearing up of the locals. Every euro is needed. We are a charity that looks after suffering animals in greece.we are currently feeding approximately 3000 dogs who live in shelters ( thessaloniki komotoni koani,giannitsa) where the animals are cared for with food and medical attention and where the dogs are also spayed and neutered whenever possible.Due to the sheer numbers of dogs in need we also rely heavily on foster places which we also have to pay for.for all this and more we are in desperate need of help!

With 25 euro a dog is fed for a month, so we need 25 Teamers to feed one dog. Thomas' mission in life is to care for the needy animals in Nea Kallikratia / Greece. He feeds and cares for 140 dogs and other rescued animals on his secure property and he cares for at least 30 dogs and more than 60 cats on the streets in the region. He does not receive any financial support from the government or other institutions. He depends on donations to be able to continue his work.
