UPACE San Fernando is a private, non-profit and public utility association. Its main objective is to improve the quality of life of people with cerebral palsy and different abilities, to normalize their daily lives and promote their integration into society. We offer comprehensive care to these people, from birth to adulthood, with special attention to their socialization, rehabilitation, education, sports, leisure and free time, or inclusion.
