La Posada Felina is an animal protection association registered in the National Register of Associations, with its registered office in Parla (Madrid) We have no shelter, so temporary shelters are our main pillar. As a main task we have the control of feline street colonies through the protocol CES (Capture, Sterilize and Release). Sociable cats are put up for adoption. El Cubil del Desamparo nace tras llevar años ayudando como voluntarias a los animales, además de rescatar a muchos de forma particular. Todo el esfuerzo económico lo asumimos nosotras, pero ahora, se esta haciendo bastante duro el mantenimiento de los animales rescatados y los que siguen llegando. Además nos dedicamos al control de natalidad en colonias felinas, así como mediar con asociaciones, protectoras.Procurar dar una familia a los animales o asegurar su bienestar. Necesitamos tu ayuda.

We give DRINKING WATER to families in Yemen who were displaced from their homes by more than 8 years of war. Yemen is the biggest humanitarian emergency on the planet and is suffering from a cholera epidemic and shocking infant mortality. With your EURO we buy and refill WATER TANKS in IDP camps and schools. We have 50 in 4 camps and in 5 schools. More than 000 9people receive water (800 thousand litres/month). Dejando Huella es una pequeña asociación sin apenas recursos y sin albergue. Con sus apenas casas de acogida mantienen una media de 20-30 animales. Scleroderma is a rare, autoimmune disease whose cause is unknown. It occurs when the immune system attacks your own body generating an excess of collagen that hardens the skin and even the internal organs. The Spanish Scleroderma Association's challenges are to raise awareness of the disease, to help those affected and their relatives in their day-to-day life, and to promote research, hoping that it will bring advances in treatment and finally a cure. Since the conflict began in 2022, we formed this group to support Ukrainians impacted by the war. Nearly three years later, they still need our help. Together with various organizations, including CEAR (the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid), we remain committed to supporting those who have come to Spain to build a new life.

Following Israel's relentless and indiscriminate attacks on Gaza over several months of war, families are drinking unsafe water and going days without food. The health system has completely collapsed amid outbreaks of disease and serious injuries caused by the constant bombardment. Despite this, our teams continue to work tirelessly to save lives.

After 12 years of crisis, humanitarian needs in Syria have reached unprecedented levels. Millions of Syrians have been forcibly displaced to neighboring countries, and the more than 6 million internally displaced are struggling to overcome immense challenges exacerbated by the earthquake of 2023. UNHCR continues to support them with, among other things, stoves and fuel for generating heat, thermal insulation for tents and winter clothing.  Photo © UNHCR/Claire Thomas
