The animal welfare association Katzfatz was founded in 2018 by Kerstin König and has been running the first Austrian animal shelter for stray cats in Klein-Neusiedl, Lower Austria, since 2021. The association is committed to the castration, medical care and placement of stray cats. Furthermore, help is provided in the search for missing pets and their security.
