We are police officers from different Security Forces and Bodies involved in improving the response of public services to administrative or criminal offenses committed against animals. We do it altruistically, but we need to hire a series of resources to be able to advance in those objectives. Improve public response to adequately protect animals.-

ASSOCIATION OF POLICE FOR THE DEFENSE OF ANIMALS

To strengthen this work, we need external professionals: legal and tax advice, secretarial services, design of materials, website maintenance... Until now, these expenses have been covered through voluntary personal contributions from those most involved in the association's operations. Our goal is to reach 500 team members (€1 per person per month). With that foundation, we could sustain this minimal structure without relying on personal efforts or one-off campaigns. If you believe this work is necessary, your euro a month will help us continue. Because even if it's not visible, someone has to push for change from within.

SEGUIMOS AVANZANDO PROPONIENDO CONTENIDOS PIONEROS…
Hemos impartido una formación sin precedentes para policías, bomberos y personal de emergencias, centrada en cómo intervenir de forma segura y empática ante animales.

Por primera vez en un curso dirigido a servicios policiales, se ha profundizado en la comprensión del lenguaje canino y en cómo el miedo, el estrés y la falta de comunicación adecuada pueden desencadenar conductas agresivas en los perros. Aprender a identificar y gestionar estas señales es fundamental para prevenir incidentes y reducir el uso innecesario de armas de fuego o dispositivos eléctricos.

Además, se ofrecieron herramientas prácticas para el rescate de gatos en emergencias, con enfoque etológico y jurídico.

Participaron Policía Local, Guardia Civil, Policía Nacional, Agentes Forestales, Bomberos, personal de emergencias de La Rioja, CADEPE y la Unidad Cinológica Central.

Una formación que sienta las bases para una intervención más humana, profesional y segura, que esperamos seguir llevando a más territorios.
