Mowgli is a rescue dog who was taken by foster carers because he wasn't doing well in kennels. He needs expensive medication to keep him alive, about 100€ a month, please help. We do not have a bank account because it costs 96€ a year so the money will be sent to the account of the president and secretary of El Arca Dees.
