MOUSTACHAT is an animal protection association. We are based in the Creuse near Chambon sur Voueize, we intervene mainly in the Creuse Confluence area, the Val d'Oise, the Oise and the Vendée. Our action is to protect stray cats and kittens from misery, disease and euthanasia. They are placed in foster homes for the time needed for care, education, etc... To carry out our actions we need help. Thank you
