Working since 2006 to improve the lives of those most in need. We are a very small association, only 2 people with 8 dogs and more than 30 cats in our care, most with special needs due to their age or chronic illnesses. We invest more than €1,500 per month in their maintenance, without subsidies or aid of any kind. Thanks to your €1, we can continue to fill their bellies every day and provide them with the veterinary care they need.

Alba est une petite fille intelligente, drôle, amicale. Même si l'on devrait plutôt dire " elle était ", car le 21 mars 2016, un terrible et tragique accident en état de choc du fait d'une crise d'épilepsie, a laissé tomber Alba d'un troisième étage. Alba a pu être sauvée, mais elle a beaucoup de lésions cérébrales. Maintenant, nous avons un long processus de rééducation neurologique devant nous pour voir à quel point elle peut se rétablir et redevenir la petite fille qu'elle était. Aidez-nous !

The ANAHI Animal Protector Gran Canaria does impressive work. Despite a lack of resources, they have rescued dogs from terrible conditions, some with very little chance of survival, and they have brought them back to life in an amazing way. This is a sanctuary to help abused & abandoned horses and other species. Live 64 equines and other animals in the sanctuary. The approximate cost per horse per month is 120 euros if they are in good health; if there are not, the amount can go up to a few hundreds of euros and even thousands. Hello friends, we have thought that this group can help more and better by being a piggy bank for when we encounter an emergency (for the health of one of our guests, in times of great drought or, on the contrary, great snowfalls as it has been regular ... etc. etc) there are 61 horses, 1 goat, 2 sheep, 9 chickens, 4 cats and 4 dogs that inhabit the Sanctuary and as you can imagine, there are always too many expenses.

Kittens Shelter for Leukemic Cats. On April 9th, 2021, the 8 babies of Bombay were born, a kitten rescued 21 days earlier from the street. An angel suffering from 3 mastitis since giving birth, yet continuing to breastfeed her babies. Two months later, we find out that both the 8 babies and Bombay are positive for Leukemia, and today 'Bombay Family' begins to fulfill a dream and not abandon the weakest at the worst moment. More than 70 cats that have been rescued from the streets live in the Feline Forest, with many spaces to run and play, trees to climb, as well as in home beds and shelters. We have buildt and fenced facilities especially for them, but this project does not receive any funds from the goverment, only particular donations, and that is why we need your help to continue to care for them. We need volunteers also to visit us!

ABAMA is a non-profit association created in order to promote animal protection and welfare, and respect for the environment.
