After each rainy season the Refuge continues to flood. Lapalomatriste is a Sanctuary that is especially dedicated to pigeons. It is the home of hundreds of rescued feral pigeons. Many of them are brought to us wounded or are disabled for life. We also take in and handrear squabs and youngsters who fell out of the nest. Join our group and help us to sustain the Sanctuary and continue to give a forever home to more birds in distress. Rainfer houses more than 100 primates that have suffered mistreatment, abandonment, loneliness and lack of basic care for many years. They cannot be returned to their home areas, their lives have been stolen, so we must bear the cost of their lifelong care. 3 tons of fruit and vegetables are consumed per month, which together with other necessary foods such as feed, legumes or rice, represent an average cost of €3,500 each month. Trabajamos para unir a entidades y personas que luchan por los derechos de los animales. Hemos impulsado un proyecto para que los ayuntamientos dejen de pagar el sacrificio de animales de compañía. El día 6/3/18 presentamos las alegaciones al anteproyecto de Ley de protección animal impulsada por la Conselleria de Agricultura que hay que acabar de tramitar. Necesitamos vuestras donaciones para poder defender administrativa y jurídicamente a los animales y hacer campañas informativas.
