HALT is a movement that promotes a holistic social justice approach, which rejects all forms of cruelty and exploitation, regardless of sex, race, class, nationality, religion or species. We seek to put an end to the cycle of human-animal violence, advocating for the international recognition of speciesism (prejudice based on physical differences) and ecocide as crimes against humanity.
