La construcción de viviendas para familias que habitan viviendas autoconstruidas con materiales de desechos pertenecientes a asentamientos informales donde TECHO trabaja en el área metropolitana de Santa Cruz. Las familias seleccionadas acceden a una vivienda básica que los separa del piso de tierra, protege de la lluvia y otras inclemencias del clima.
