Se ha emitido un comunicado del Pool (Hospital de Reino Unido) donde afirman los beneficios del uso de los pulpos con neonatos tras comprobar que los bebés ingresados en su hospital conseguían calmarse con el contacto de los tentáculos, mejorando su respiración y obteniendo así a su vez un ritmo cardiaco más regular y unos mejores niveles de oxígeno en sangre.
