Teaming - 1€/month micro donations

Dear Friends, beste Teamers,

Changes ahead! After doing this a couple of years, as from January 2022 I would like to use this group in a way that we can also donate to charities like WereldAsielen, Dierennood and several others. In order to do so, end of this month the name of this group will be changed into ´Teamers for Animals in Distress´. Funds will be used for emergency requests, food, straw, medical help, etc. Depending on how many Teamers we will be, we will donate each month or every other month. So, the more we are, the more we can do!

Occasionally we will still donate to Stichting Dierencentrum Friesland. If in future you prefer to donate to this charity only, please use the regular bancaccount. You will find it in the link below. I think any monthly donation of at least 2 euro or more would be very welcome.

Just sent € 82 to Stichting Dierencentrum Friesland for the Puppy House they want to built. Stichting Dierenlot is doubling every euro till October 10th, with the maximum of € 5000 (meaning € 10.000 as a result) .

Dear Teamers, lieve mensen,

Maybe you already know about the latest developments at Stichting Dierencentrum Friesland. Like at the start of this year the very good news that with a lot of help the charity succeeded in buying the building. Extremely good news for about 150 animals!

Next the new fence for the sheep and other animals became very urgent. Necessary, as animals found their way to the busy road in front several times... You don't want that! But again, a lack of funds. Recently some great big donors completed the funds to make it happen. Happy news again! Meaning also full focus can go to the animals again.

Like Blue, a doggy coming from Romania. Started his life with a lot of problems. First found very, very sick with Distemper. The rescuer who found him took Blue home, he recovered. As the place he lived was quite safe, he was brought back there. Together with other dogs regularly was feeded. But again bad luck... In February Blue was found severely wounded, after a car accident. First operated in Romania, Stichting Dierencentrum Friesland made him come to the Netherlands, to revalidate at a foster family. But, though safe, he is still in pain..

A second operation can help him live free from pain. A specialist, Dr. J. Deinum, is going to operate him on the joint in the hipbone. (I´m sorry my English is not good enough to tell what exactly is the problem, but the pictures show details, plus Dr. Deinum tells that with the operation chances for Blue are much higher.) Also he advised a CT-scan, to better understand what is the condition of the joint. For the charity, for future owners! About € 1500 is needed. After revalidation Blue will be free for adoption.

Long story, but you will understand, help is very, very welcome! And we do have € 335 in the pot. I hope you all agree we help Blue!

Dear Teamers, beste Teamers!

Maybe you already wondered, seeing the amount of over € 500: what are we going to do with it? Well, actually it was meant to help replace the fence of the sheep. Necessary.

But.... Maybe you saw the urgent requests for help lately. Several dogs need medicins, fysiotherapy, medical care. Like the three Romanian doggies, so skinny... Again, as usual an urgent need of extra funds, especially as one of them may have to be operated. So, we help. With just one euro a month, we today can help with over € 500.

Of course, repair of this fence of the sheep one day is still needed. We'll see.

Beste mensen, dear Teamers! Today the amount of € 303 could be send to Stichting Dierencentrum Friesland, with your help!! Remember the special room for the oldies and the handicapped doggies? It will be used for the medicines, so they will have less pain, more comfort. This amount will cover 2 months. Also from Martine and her team, thank you from the heart!!

Beste mensen, dear Teamers! With your help recently a little more than 200 euro was sent to Stichting Dierencentrum Friesland (209 euro). It will be used for the special room for the handicapped doggies and the oldies. A calm nice warm place for them to stay, sometimes together with the younger ones around them! Thank you very much!! Lieve Teamers, dear Teamers, er is deze week € 157 naar Stichting Dierencentrum Friesland gegaan voor het 'Potje voor Doortje', om pups zoals Doortje (RIP) te helpen. Dank jullie wel!!!

This week the amount of € 157 has been donated to the charity in Friesland to help puppy's like Doortje. She passed away, but other animals can be helped, get a chance to a better life!! Thank you very much!!!
