Die ersten Fellnasen sind heute umgezogen. Patchy, Aura, Petro, Carla und Fifi und Panagioti .

Die Arbeiten für das neue Areal laufen und wir benötigen dringend weitere 3 Areale.

Es fehlt wirklich an vielem und wenn der Winter kommt wird es schwer für alle Hunde.

Die Winter in Griecheland sind teilweise in verschiedenen Regionen nicht lang, aber dafür hart.

Der Regen und der eiskalte Wind lassen den Hunden den Regen wie eine Eisschicht auf dem Körper gefrieren wenn sie keinen geschützten, sicheren Unterschlupf haben.

Die neue Sation ist völlig ungeschützt. Bis auf ein paar Olivenbäume gibt es auf weiter Flur nichts, was Schutz bieten würde.

There is really a lot missing and when winter comes it will be difficult for all dogs.

The winters in Greece are partly in different regions not long, but hard.

The rain and the ice-cold wind let the dogs freeze the rain like a layer of ice on their body if they do not have a sheltered, safe shelter.

The new station is completely unprotected. Except for a few olive trees, there is nothing in the wide corridor that would offer protection.

Bovenstaand de huidige stand van zaken. De honden van Peter kunnen nog steeds onze steun zeer goed gebruiken! Een aantal worden nog steeds behandeld tegen hartworm en Leishmania. Dit zijn langdurige behandelingen. Een aantal van de honden die gezond waren hebben inmiddels in Duitsland een fijn thuis gevonden. Laten we onze steun nog even volhouden. De Grieks/Duitse shelter die ze heeft opgevangen hebben zoveel onkosten gehad! Dank vast!

Ik heb zojuist weer 200 euro overgemaakt naar Griechische Fellnasen e.V. van Sofia Becic om te ondersteunen in de zorg voor de honden van Peter Giesen. In de opmerkingen zet ik de lijst met namen neer van de mensen die gedoneerd hebben. Ze hebben onze hulp nog steeds keihard nodig! Bezoek hun pagina voor updates.

Unfortunately Peter passed away today after some weeks in the hospital. There's a group of people looking after the dogs and cats and there is somebody living in his house right now to look after them for food and medical care. Claudia Cavé is taking over this teaming group to make sure the donations will be in good hands. Peter's account will be frozen and was not available for some weeks now so the donations from December are still on hold for now. Claudia, good luck with taking care of Peter's animals, and thank you for being part of the supportgroup for the care of the animals especially now Peter's gone.

Peter heeft het zwaar. Zijn gezondheid laat hem in de steek en hij kan alleen verder als er hulp komt. Er wordt nu een spoedactie opgezet om te kijken of er via een stichting een samenwerking voor adoptie/opvang van een groot deel van de honden kan konen.
Help mee om meer euros per maand bijeen te krijgen om het reisklaar maken van de honden te bekostigen. Hulp is meer dan hard nodig momenteel.
