The new European Law for data Protection (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation) establish that minors under 16 years old need parental authorisation to user websites like Teaming. Depending on the European country, this age limit could be reduced to 13 years, according to the local law. For instance, in Spain, the age that minors can register in websites where they must give their personal data is 14 years old.
Therefore, minors under 16 years (except European countries where this limit age is lower) cannot use Teaming, unless their parents send us a formal authorisation.
If you want to authorise your child to use Teaming, we need a document with your signature expressing clearly the authorisation (you must indicate the data of the minor in this document and the email address he or she is going to use for the registration). We also need the photo of your ID (mother, father or guardian). In case of divorced parents, we need the official document of the custody. And if the custody is shared, we need the documents of both parents.
