Citizens Advice Spain is a registered charity. Our aim is to provide independent advice, information and support for all interested citizens in Spain, this to include visitors, expatriates and Spaniards alike. We believe that such an organisation is imperative, especially for hundreds of thousands of non-Spanish residents, who often struggle to understand their rights in a complex bureaucracy with the existing and ever changing laws and rules.
Our charity provides free, reliable advice and assistance to residents of Spain, but running a service of this scale comes with significant costs. To keep helping thousands of people, we rely on funding to cover essential expenses such as: • Domain and Website Hosting: Ensuring our site stays live, secure, and accessible. • Email Hosting: Allowing us to communicate efficiently with those seeking advice. • IT Support: Keeping our website updated and functioning smoothly. • Stationery and Supplies: Enabling effective correspondence and documentation. • Telephone and Internet: Maintaining open lines for consultation and group Q&A sessions. • Miscellaneous Operational Costs: Covering unexpected expenses that arise in the course of running a large-scale service.
