Since 2017 I have dedicated my personal resources, time and energy to doing the CER in the northern area of Madrid, with temperatures below zero in winter. It is necessary to carry out recurring capture, sterilization and return campaigns in order to guarantee them a dignified life on the streets, in extreme survival conditions, in the absence of responsibility on the part of the city councils.
