Tierschutzbrücke München e.V. supports the Casa Cainelui animal shelter in the city of Timisoara in Romania. Approx. 300 dogs have to be constantly looked after there. In the animal shelter, however, they are already safe from the urban dog catchers and the killing stations. The regular castration projects on site also require a lot of commitment. Wir sind ein eingetragener Verein und wollen nicht weiter zuschauen das in Golesti Focsani einem öffentlichen Tierheim in Rumänien Straßenhunde getötet werden. Ziel ist es, das öffentliche Tierheim zu übernehmen, den Hunden ein gerechtes Leben zu ermöglichen, sie medizinisch zu versorgen und ein neues Heim für sie zu finden. Die Kastration der Hunde hat oberste Priorität. Wir brauchen euch um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, bitte spendet. Mit nur 1€ pro Monat können wir Großes erreichen.

We support two animal shelters: SOS Adopta in Pechina/Almeria is run by Corinne Piaget and her husband Rafa. About 600 dogs and 150 cats live here. The clinic "Montana del Sol" in Viator belongs to our animal shelter. Since 2020 we also support the "Gogu Shelter Romania" in the southern part of Romania. Daniela and Nita house and care for about 400 animals there. The shelter is still under construction, it lacks many basic things. Give the animals a future with 1€!

Unser Verein ist hauptsächlich in Rumänien tätig & setzt sich für eine Verbesserung der katastrophalen Zustände & Lebensumstände der Streunerhunde in öffentlichen Tötungsstationen ein. Wir betreiben ein Tierheim vor Ort mit 700 Hunden, wir führen regelmäßige Kastrationskampagnen durch, wir betreuen 4 Tötungsstationen und in unserem priv. TH werden diese Hunde med. versorgt, aufgepäppelt und wenn möglich, vermittelt. Unsere 4 aktiven Gründungsmitglieder machen dies ehrenamtlich.

befreite-Hunde e.V is a small, registered, non-profit recognized association that aims to improve the quality of life of dogs in Romania. We support the animal protection associations "Save the Dogs" and "Animal Care Team Timisoara" in veterinary costs, neutering costs and feed. We do not operate an animal shelter ourselves. Our dogs to be placed in Germany are housed with private foster families. Here, too, we bear the veterinary costs.

Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.
