My name is Ana Inés Herrera and I've been collecting funds to help rescue horses from Argentina. We have spent 8 years raising awareness, rescuing and recovering horses that have been subjected to the scourge of blood traction and animal abuse: horses tied to heavy carts that collect waste, malnourished, dehydrated, forced to work long hours with whips and sticks to the point of dying on the streets. We have a shelter that houses 140 horses.

We are in charge of rescuing animals from the street, paying veterinary expenses, feeding them and looking for adoption. We denounce cases of animal abuse before the courts, where we pay for the trials. We help families with few resources to feed their pets.
