Paliaclinic Friends

Paliaclinic Foundation works in the field of end of life. We accompany and support seriously ill people and their families so that they can face, especially at home, such a difficult time that affects them physically and emotionally, and in which all help is little. For 15 years, the foundation has improved the well-being of patients and families thanks to the work of its team, the commitment of volunteers and the solidarity and support of collaborating people and entities.

Palliative Care Programs for children and adults in vulnerable situations

Your support improves the care seriously ill people and their families receive.

At Paliaclinic we promote two support programs designed to guarantee the best care and quality of life for both patients and their families. -Pediatric Palliative Care Support Program: In collaboration with the Sant Joan de Déu, Vall d'Hebron and Germans Trias i Pujol (Can Ruti) hospitals, this program seeks to improve the care of seriously ill children and adolescents and their families. through psychological support, music therapy, art therapy and accompanying volunteering.

Hoy despedimos el año 2012 y queremos daros las gracias por formar parte de este grupo. El 2013 llega con nuevos proyectos e ilusiones para la Fundación, que esperamos poder compartir con vosotros.
