Amici on the rhoad

Our association ‘Amici On The Rhoad ODV’ was set up with the aim of supporting guardians and volunteers, as well as protecting the feline colonies in the municipality of Rho. The Association is a non-profit, apolitical and non-denominational Voluntary Organisation. It is inspired by the values of solidarity, transparency and legality, respect for the environment and animal life, and promotes animal welfare by preventing animal mistreatment.

The main objective of the AMICI ON THE RHOAD Association is the welfare of the feline colonies in the Rho area, in close cooperation with the municipal administration, the Ecology Office, the ATS and other local associations. Together with all our volunteers, we work on the following activities - Protecting the health of animals and their habitat - Education and awareness-raising - Compliance with laws - Management of feline colonies - Health and urban control - Rescue and health care - Encouragement of adoption - Sterilisation and trapping - Food supply - Colony monitoring - Collaboration with agencies
