Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

Andrijana lovingly caters to about 90 dogs and cats on a donation basis in Serbia. Since these donations are not sufficient, they urgently need support for food, veterinary costs and necessary building measures for the animals.

Wir unterstützen Tierschützer in Vukovar Kroatien. Mit unserer Unterstützung leisten wir einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu, dass die Tiere nicht hungern müssen. Viele Straßentiere haben somit wieder Hoffnung auf ein einigermaßen würdiges Leben. Sie werden von unseren Tierschützern gefüttert und medizinisch versorgt, so dass die Straße weniger Opfer hat. Das alles kostet natürlich Geld, deshalb sind wir auf Hilfe angewiesen. Die Tierschützer und ihre Schützlinge brauchen jeden einzelnen von uns. DANKE

Hilfe für Italiens Streuner, ein Projekt des deutschen Tierschutzvereines Leben für Streuner e.V., hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, Streunern in Italien zu helfen. Wir unterstützen Tierschützer vor Ort um die aufgenommenen Notfälle mit Futter zu versorgen, ihnen die nötige medizinische Versorgung zu gewährleisten und Lebenssituationen zu verbessern. Wir sind ebenso stets bemüht, mit Durchführung von Kastrationen von Straßen- und Besitzertieren das Leid zusätzlicher Streuner einzudämmen.

Foteini Mandalianou ist eine wundervolle Tierschützerin und lebt in Nea Peramos/Griechenland. Gemeinsam mit ihrer Familie kümmert Sie sich dort um die Straßenhunde (ausgewachsen wie auch Welpen). Unser Ziel ist die Sicherstellung und Unterstützung der monatlichen Futterkosten, Kastrationskosten, med. Versorgung, etc. für die derzeit ca. 100 Hunde in einem privatem Shelter. Tierschutz vor Ort ist eine Lebensaufgabe und das geht nur wenn alle zusammen helfen. Bitte unterstützt Foteini dabei !

We are a free animal shelter where around 80 animals removed from the production chain live. At the La Capra Campa farm goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks, quails, pigs, donkeys, cattle, dogs and cats live free. They are our travel companions! In order to be able to support this great project and other small and large initiatives all linked to the vegan and anti-speciesist world, in February 2020 we founded, with a group of trusted friends, Il Soffio di Gea ODV association.

What we do, we do with heart & brain: dogs and cats rescue from killings and from the street, medically help sick and injured animals, help for self-help, mediation, castration projects, feeding facilities, educational work. We support a private shelter near Setubal. Quinta das Patitas (the paw farm). Teresa, director and founder, and her heart project deserve all our support. About 400 dogs live on the farm!

Unsere Tierschützerin Andra vom Verein Happy Tails Brasov hat ihre Arbeit und ihre privaten Bedürfnisse komplett aufgegeben, da sie das Elend auf den Straßen Rumäniens nicht mehr ertragen konnte. Ihr ganzes Leben sind die Tiere. Jedes gerettete Tier wird bei ihr auf der "Happy Burg" betreut.❤️ Wir sind KEIN Shelter. Viele Hunde und Katzen konnten ein schönes Zuhause finden. Aber auch die nicht vermittelbaren Tiere finden bei ihr ein ZUHAUSE und müssen nicht zurück auf die Straße.

AlmaGea Sanctuary is a recently launched project which, on the one hand, is committed to active environmental protection and, at the same time, provides a home for animals in need. We don’t only want to give a forever home to abandoned or mistreated dogs and cats, but also to farm animals with problems or saved from slaughter. We bought a 25.000sqm property in Sicily in order to have a lot of space for the animals & trees, helped a dog and 8 kittens so far. Please help us make a difference!

ProDogRomania ist ein eingetragener Verein, der sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, Leben und Lebensqualität der Hunde in Rumänien (Baile Herculane und Ploiesti) zu schützen. Wir sind ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der sich dem Schutz und der Hilfe von Hunden im In- und Ausland (Rumänien) verschrieben hat. Zum Verein gehören 2 Tierschutzhöfe und zahlreiche Pflegestellen. Wir vermitteln nicht nur Hunde, die aus dem In- und Ausland auf unsere Höfe und Pflegestellen ziehen, sondern helfen auch selbst aktiv vor Ort in drei rumänischen Tierheimen, mit deren Tierschützern und Tierärzten wir eng zusammen arbeiten.

Aus einer kleinen Gruppe privater Tierfreunde entstand 2006 unser Verein. Unser Name "Die Vergessenen e. V." kommt nicht von ungefähr: Wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht denen zu helfen, die oft vergessen werden. Darunter fallen vor allem alte, traumatisierte, kranke oder gehandicapte Tiere. In Polen sind solche Tiere quasi unvermittelbar. Deshalb tun wir alles in unserer Macht stehende, um gerade diesen treuen Seelen ein Für-immer-Zuhause zu schenken. Bitte helft uns auf diesem Weg.

Savethedogsbih is a non-profit organization in Bosnia. We rescue dogs that have been abandoned, abused and chained up. For over 6 years, the founder Bruno Jelovic and his team have been caring for over 1000 dogs. Our dogs are not kept in kennels, but live on our ranches where they can just be dogs. We are committed to growing and plan to build more ranches to accommodate more dogs.

Tierhilfe Bruno e.V. is a voluntary organization that supports the Bruno Shelter in Romania. We care for a total of around 140 dogs and 10 cats. All these animals need to be fed, neutered, vaccinated, chipped and given medical care. In addition, we carry out castration campaigns to reduce the misery in the long term. Please help us help. <3

The animal welfare organisation Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. looks after around 1,500 dogs and cats in the northern Romanian cities of Bistrita, Baia Mare, Zalau, Fantanele, Busag and Cluj. Our vision is a Romania free of animal suffering and our mission is to create livable conditions for dogs and cats and to advocate for their needs. WHY is a former stray dog. Her mother was rescued heavily pregnant in Campania in 2018, and WHY found a loving home in December 2018. Her wish: that all her friends can also be rescued and find a family. Her mission: to alleviate the suffering of stray dogs in southern Italy through emergency aid and long-term projects. Italy is often overlooked in animal welfare, but WHY wants to change that. Join her mission – together, we can make a difference!

Wonderland is a private Shelter in Targoviste Romania run by Cristina Paun & the UK Charity Bid to Save a Stray which Cristina is a Trustee of & funds will be paid to the UK bank account.. During years she saved more than 8.000 Dogs from death and hunger. Wonderland Sanctuary is a Home for +/- 1400 dogs & we have high monthly expenses to keep them all fed and cared for. Many People can move a lot and help us with only 1Euro to continue our Dream from a safe Place for romanian stray dogs.

Der Verein "Fenja rettet die Streuner " setzt sich für für die bosnischen Straßenhunde und andere bedürftige Tiere in Bosnien ein und natürlich überall wo Hilfe gebraucht wird. Der Verein ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation!
